Campus Events:
The thrill of getting hired while in campus is unmatchable and this can only happen through campus hiring. In a country of this size with such a vast employer base, the companies that recruit directly from campuses can be counted on finger tips . We have about 200 notable companies that currently recruit through colleges out of which not more than 25 companies do these kind of events on a pan India basis.
When we have Tens of Thousands of employers throughout the country, why is this situation? Why many employers do not come to campuses.
Following are the main reasons:
- Majority of employers have little to no knowledge on campus hiring process.
- Technology Constraints.
- High Cost
- Logistics.
- Limited HR Bandwidth.
- Lack of interest from colleges in inviting and hosting small companies.
Jobeee is about to change this. We are going to empower companies of all sizes to participate in campus drives by providing them all the logistic support and technology they require. We wish to bring lot of unrepresented sectors to campuses so that they can recruit directly from colleges.
Off-Campus Events:
Sometimes the requirements of companies are so small or timelines are so tight that it does not make sense to travel so far or to each college and test so many students. It might so happen that the filtration criteria set by company is very rigid and very few students might qualify the initial screening criteria.
In these events, companies might do a off-campus event by using one of the Jobeee Test Hubs where the pre-qualified and screened candidates are called for further process and recruitment is done.
This way we help smaller and mid size companies from many sectors to come into the recruitment space and do the recruitment while you are still in college by enabling off campus recruitments.
Pool-Campus Events:
Our technology solutions, huge database of pre-assessed candidates, partnership with colleges and unmatched logistic support, will help companies that recruit in large numbers to plan and conduct pool campus events when time is an essence.
These kind of events help in enhancing the opportunities for you to get recruited. Your college might not be on radar of many companies but that does not mean that companies are ignoring the talent in those colleges.
Our capabilities in helping companies to organize and conduct pool campus events help those students from colleges which are never visited by colleges for many reasons.
Walk-in Events:
Not all companies to prefer to doing events and move around colleges in order to recruit from campuses.
With access to our unique job board for companies on Jobeee portal, now companies can post their requirements by setting the qualification and screening criteria, and can invite candidates to walk-in on day(s) specified to their office or any of the Jobeee Test Hub.
Now as a student, irrespective of college that you studying, if you qualify the criteria, you can attend these recruitment sessions on the given day. This presents another good chance to get employed.
Job Fairs:
With so many small, mid, and large employers on board Jobeee conducts job fairs from time to time at all venues from time to time.
These schedules are published on the website and you should register in order to be eligible to attend the job fairs.
